Świetna lokalizacja , 5 min do stacji metra. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone. W kuchni można przygotować prosty posiłek. Wszędzie czyściutko. Kontakt z właścicielem doskonały. Proste zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Za rozsądną cenę mieliśmy ładne mieszkanie w centrum Budapesztu, więc jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Nice clean cosy apartment... 24/hr shops and restaurants close by. All landmarks are walking distance from the apartment. We didn't need to even get a Budapest travel pass.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Skvělá komunikace, vše proběhlo bez problémů. Do bytu se dostáváte přes tři kódy. Vše velmi dobře vysvětleno. Blízko památek. Klidnější čtvrt. V blízkosti Lidl a Tesco. Kuchyň byla dobře vybavená. Ručníky a povlečení bylo čisté.

V koupelně, i když bylo odvětrávání, byl zápach( asi zatuchlina). Nemají klimatizaci, ale jsou tam alespoň obyčejné větráky. Bylo velmi teplo, nešlo moc větrat, kvůli bezpečnosti (velký okno do vnitrobloku a druhé do nějaké šachty).

The apartment is very well equipped with full kitchen and comfort bed. There is a lock to get the keys to enter easily. The location is central and convenient to go around Budabest, perfect for a 2-3 days stay to explore the city.

The flat is on the groundfloor of an old traditional building and the two windows face a courtyard, so it's not very bright and the people passing by can easily see through, not a problem when you're there for exploring the city and not spend much time home. The bathroom has no window and the light only turns on with a sensor that also starts the air which is quite noisy. This means there is no proper switch for light/air and it takes quite a while to get off back to silence once you left the bathroom and the noise keeps going, even when you enter just quickly to pick something. You hear the noise of the air through all the flat basically Despite the flat was quite clean, the first night and the following morning there were two cockroachs in the bedroom - which I manage to take and put outside as I don't kill animals. I've been trying to call the structure on the day of arrival and also send message in Whatsapp to get some information, nobody ever replied.
