1. The room is very nice, well spaced and practical. 2. The bed is amazing, I haven't slept this good for a long time, I'll definitely buy that mattress-pillow configuration. 3. The host is a very humble and nice person, you'll find all the suport you'll need in your stay. 4. The location is pretty close to the city center, you can go easely to many attractions by foot. 5. The free private parking its a bliss (main criteria when I was searching on booking), even if its a bit tricky to get in-out, I didn't wanted to pay like in other occasion 600 huf/hour 14 hours/day, adding the hussle to find a parking spot on the street and starting the damn app at every 3 hours. 6. The balcony isn't much but its good enough if you want to smoke a cigar at a coffee in the morning. 7. You will find in the room almost everything you'll need, coffee, tea and water included.

1. Not very clean, there were lots of places that had lots of dust, food crumbs or spider web, like in the balcony, the sofa, the oven/etc., it needs serious attention on this subject. 2. The smoke detector had a 20 sec frequency horrible noise signal, problem was solved quickly by the host by changind the batteries. 3. The TV was not working, also the problem was solved quickly after I've insisted to change it with the one from the other room that he has on the same floor. 4. The shower curtain is very annoying, it sticks on you at every shower session, a more proper solution must be found, or maybe a walk-in shower, with no bathtub. 5. In order to see the TV from the main bed, you'll have to change the sofa into a bed. 6. The room's acces card wasn't working, I could go in only by entering the received code.

It's a great value for the money. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Parking lot is comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended.

Everything was great: from the location, apartment facilities, spotless cleaning, all needed amenities and to top it up with a parking space. Bed was really comfortable, it was quiet despite being on a circulated road.

Very nice apartment with secure ,private parking that would accommodate larger vehicles. Location is a few meters from a restaurant district and very convenient.
