This apartment ticks so many boxes - the prime location (opposite the Parliament, close to the tram/metro stop, half-way to the castle and so on), nicely equipped (we appreciated the AirCo very much), cosy and clean

The beds were comfy. Location good. Amenities near by. Close to a lot of attractions. Air con great as it was super hot. Place spacious.

Would have been nice to have some dishwasher capsules so we could use dishwasher. Something no one is going to spend money on when on holiday. Basics like salt, pepper, coffee and tea would have been nice too.

I stayed in the flat for three days to do sightseeing and get married in the nearby church. It was in a very convenient location, the room was very clean too with kitchen and laundry fully equipped. My family really enjoyed our stay in the flat. One small disadvantage is that it was difficult to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs since there were no elevators. But overall, we were very happy with the accommodation.

The instructions for key collection were clear

The key lock box was a bit fiddly and had to use phone light to see it properly.

The rooms are big and comfortable, I had been there for 4 nights, I slept very well, maybe I was tired 😅. Good heating, the weather in this moment quite cold after the sunset and raining, every night we feel warm and the heating started running automatically already before we arrived the apartment. Good shower 🚿 water power and temperature. Except, 1)No lift! the apartment is on the second floor, I have two luggage 🧳, it is a bit inconvenient. 2) the door key🔐 locks are very complicated to open the door, even they provided three videos for three different locks. I spend 15 mins to explore it. 😮‍💨 3) the check in time is 3pm, I arrived Budapest at 10am at the morning. You need to think about that 5 hours with two luggage and waiting for the check in. They don’t have holding luggage service. I didn’t receive the code for key information until 14:58 by my email. And make sure you have wifi and running well, so you don’t miss the email about the code for the apartment. 4)they have coffee machine, but it doesn’t work.

The apartment generally matches the description, although it looks a bit newer in the photos than in reality. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, making for a comfortable stay. Everything was good, but with several nuances... I hope the owner will fix it in the future. Overall, it’s a nice place, but these small details are worth considering before booking.

Some nuances: the front door sticks, and it took us several attempts to get inside. If you’re a woman, this might be a bit tricky. There are no paper towels or even regular napkins in the kitchen—only one reusable towel. We didn’t cook, but even just wiping small spills from the table was inconvenient. There is a coffee machine, but no capsules, so if you plan to use it, bring your own. Also bring your tea, because there is only fruit tea and no black tea. Also, I recommend bringing your own toiletries, as there is no shampoo or shower gel provided. Another point is water. We checked in at 2 a.m., and there was no drinking water, even 1 small bottle. Markets are not working at that time, and drinking tap water wasn’t the best option. It would be much appreciated if guests were provided with at least small bottles of water.

Spacious rooms and beds, located on the Buda side of the city with a 5 min walk to the grocery store. We had an amazing stay at this appartement.

The kitchen was a bit outdated and not fully equiped but for a small week, it managed.

The place is great, very clean with all the necessary amenities.

The toilet was a bit small and could be closer to the bathroom.

Everything was up and down hill around the location. I had to clean again the kitchenware (glasses, plates and cutlery). There was no tea towels, no paper tissues, there was proper duvet for the bed. I had a double bed but the size of the blanket and duvet for was a kids bed! Also the cleaness around the appartment was a bit weak! The rugs were stained and dirty! there was only small towels for 3 nights stay!
