Sajnos az egyik ágy levolt törve (szét esve) és sajnos talán a mi rossz kommunikációnk miatt csak másnapra lett kijavítsa … De ki lett javítva!

"Don’t go there before they change the smart lock system"

Everything else besides smart locks

Smart locks don’t work, cannot access property or room. To get in the building, you have to wait until someone accidentally comes out. To get in the room, hope for help from cleaning staff.

"Старе, обшарпане, небезпечне"

Там було чисто. І район нормальний, близько метро

Це дуже стара будівля, з обшарпаними стінами, коридорами, ліфтом, а сходи - то просто кошмар! Ще й у темряві! Дивом не впала. Особливий «респект» за пороги набагато вищі за підлогу. І необхідність навіть в туалет і до холодильника на три кроки ходити з телефоном, щоб потім попасти в кімнату сильно додає дискомфорту

Goede locatie.

Digitaal systeem om binnen te geraken (smart system) werkt niet deftig, zéér moeilijk dit te installeren en operatief te maken. We boekten ontbijt bij, maar werden in de zak gezet en na klacht kregen we geen terugbetaling, ondanks meerdere schriftelijke beloftes wel terug te betalen. Je maakt geen contact met echte personen, alles gebeurt met AI chatbox.

"Hotel som lover meget men ikke lever op til det."

Værelser var fine og store. Lå fint i centrum.

Ingen reception. Dårlig indtjekning. Døre skulle åbnes med mobil. Alt alt for besværligt. Dårlig at der skrives der morgenmad med i pris, når man henvises til cafe på gaden, som fotæller de ikke samarbejder med Black Sheep. Bad om at en refordering for den ikke eksissterende morgenmad.
