The bathroom has an unpleasant odor, dirty floors, and furniture (including under the bed). The bathroom is basic and features a broken shower wall.

Затишна квартира у хорошому розташуванні і з неймовірним виглядом на міст свободи. Поруч є і магазини і багато ресторанів ,кафе та барів, де можна поїсти і випити, також поруч зупинка , ми максимально насолодилися цим містом !

Nothing really

On the positive side, the location was excellent, close to many attractions, and the price was very affordable. However, these positives don’t outweigh the negatives, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the major issues are resolved.

The apartment had several issues that made my stay unpleasant. First, the elevator sometimes didn’t work, which was inconvenient. Second, the apartment looked very old and poorly maintained, as it hasn’t been renovated in a long time. While it wasn’t dirty, its outdated condition gave it an unclean appearance. The biggest problem was the unbearable smell in the apartment, which made it impossible to stay there comfortably. Additionally, the heating system was very noisy, which made it difficult to relax, especially at night.
