Modern Apartment With Garage

Everything was clean and tidy. Location to city center perfect. Private parking a big plus!

Location, Garage, Facilities. Great for families who travel by car.

Great apartment in central location (close to means of transportation and many sights are within walking distance). Really well stocked ( in the kitchen, cleaning supplies and extra duvets /blankets, etc) and furnished. Easy access in the building and communication with the host. AC was greatly appreciated despite the fact that it only has on/off button and you cannot set anything (speed/direction/temperature) .

The cleaning is not all too good. When we arrived is was clean-ish but we found some spider webs near the windows. A few days into our stay, the host changed to lock to a smart lock (great idea, btw) but did not clean after. Until we realised it, we had tracked wood shavings all over the apartment. The apartment faces the street, some blackout blinds would have been necessary to keep the light out at night. The bedroom is a bit dim, but that was not an issue for us as we were out a lot.

Location is perfect! Garage is perfect! Because there is very hard to find the place to parking. There is air conditioning which is perfect for hot Budapest.

1. The telefon number that the owner gave us can't open the garage, every time we have to go in the building, walk to the -1 level and manually open the garage door. 2. The key to the door is very hard to turn when locking the door, and I have to adjust it repeatedly to find the right position.

The apartment was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. It is located on a quiet street in a well maintained building. It is close to bus stops and many groceries stores. The hosts are polite and friendly.

The apartment does not have a balcony, but the building has a quite and well maintained courtyard.
