Location, big apartment beds, 2 toilets

Check in is a pain you need to send them before the trip all of your IDs via an extern app. , there is some words on the door in Hungarian that says "if the guest are noisy call us we will kick them off" many times I saw 600€ fine if it's noisy after 8pm. But they don't care that construction start everyday (including Sunday) at 7am in the next apartment. The building is in a bad condition too. The facilities are in poor quality. Only 3 chairs. The cleaning team came at 10:50 am, we were almost ready but the check out time is 11am, please don't come before this time. I've the feeling that there is better and with more respect for the guest. As you say, if you love that hard neighbors rent it to Hungarian people, not tourists.
