New comfy studio at convenient location

- Bed was very comfortable! - You had every facility you needed - The aircon was perfect for the summer - The size of the room is perfect for two - The location was great (close to Danube, Trainstation and 24/7 groceries) - We had WiFi - The owner was very friendly but maybe important for others: you have to cancel 30 days ahead or else you pay the full price as cancellation fee. You can't change dates. - You get all the information provided by the owner so you can access your room.

The room was not clean: - walls were dirty (needs a repaint) - the forks and knives provided weren't cleaned - Thick dust on the lights - You can see that the room is frequently used because the paint on many facilities was gone 2. Noise: - Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours talk (you hear every word), watch TV, shower for hours, listen music or f... We didn't mind but if you have kids or require a quite place to sleep, you should not book a room in this hotel.

Good location, check-in was very easy and the host always answered fast eventhough we didn't really need him for anything. The room looks like the pictures, not too spacious, but enough for some days and everything worked well, shower, fridge, etc. (We didn't cook though). Maybe a microwave would be useful, but it's not a necessity. The TV, netflix+radio on it and wifi worked too and well.

I had a very pleasant stay in Budapest for 3 nights. The location is excellent — right in the center, close to major attractions and well connected to public transport. The studio was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, was the host’s kindness and professionalism. They were extremely responsive, replied quickly to every message, and handled any issue or request promptly and efficiently. Their helpful attitude made the whole experience even better.
