everything perfect, excellent apartment in the central area, clean, excellent value for money

I had a great, cute little comfortable loft

at the beginning we were contacted to pay an advance, all done in the normal way! From the beginning they were kind and gave us any information we needed to arrive and equip the house .it was done in a whatsapp group with the girl who came to welcome us, she was very nice and helpful, she speaks fluent English! Paid a security deposit at check in, (which was refunded to us a few hours after departure as we had paid with paypal) !! no problem The apartment is very comfortable, welcoming and warm, the real photos are spotless, the kitchen has everything you need to cook! In addition there was coffee the sugar oil etc! Very appreciated! The radio is very good, the wi fi works great, inside there was also the possibility of buying Italian wine at a small price! The shower is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable, overlooking the inner courtyard which is very quiet at night! 200 meters from the yellow tram and very close to blaha, a really good starting point for visiting the city! I recommend it to everyone ..

Well equipped kitchen. No oven

The owner was very rude from the start, threatened to call the police on the day of check-in. This was due to me having left my ID with my luggage at a friend's house, since there was no place to store it before check-in. I later collected my luggage and showed it, of course. That does not excuse this tone, even after I paid for the stay and the deposit. The sleeping area was very hot during the night, even with windows open in late september. No fan or AC. When I tried to shower I found out the drain was totally clogged, and within just a few minutes the whole bathroom was flooded. I dried everything as meticulously as I could and went about my day. On the day of check-out the hostess came to inspect the property. She found a single floor plank that had warped from when I was showering. I attached a picture of it. The owner subsequently refused to release my €100 deposit, and threatened to call the police if I didn't immediately leave the property. No chance for me to discuss the situation. €100 is pretty steep for a small issue that was not caused intentionally or directly by me. I've contacted booking multiple times regarding this, and they have been very unhelpful. The first time, instead of getting a call back, they sent me back a template message about not following the policies, and "please make a payment as soon as possible". Thanks for the worst experience I've had on this platform, and maybe my last.

The flat has been nicely furnished inside and has a good modern feel about it. It is also central enough that we virtually walked everywhere, taxis only required for the airport trips. The bed was comfortable, and the area was really quiet! Cupboards were really well stocked with the utensils you might need to make basic food / drinks. We didn't use it, but there is a washing machine which is handy for those wanting to travel light.

The shower was not very clean and took a long time to drain due to the plug-hole obviously needing a good clean, there was also half a bottle of shower gel, but the pump didn't work - a small issue but easy fix. The TV doesn't work unless you have something to plug into it (USB/HDMI) which isn't a dealbreaker but if you do plan to have any down-time in the flat just bear this in mind. This is the first time I have had to pay someone separately through paypal rather than through booking.com which was a little off-putting but everything went through and deposit was returned the day we checked out. Lots of the reviews mention that the apartment was hot and could do with air-con or a fan, prior to our stay I asked the owner if there was a fan since receiving all of this feedback to which I was told there wasn't and you wouldn't need one anymore (as its hot in July and this was September) - this was inaccurate, we experienced highs of 28 degrees during our mid-september stay and a fan would've been greatly appreciated so would recommend the host considers this for future stays.

right in the city centre. very close to various restaurants and shops. 10 minutes from a synagogue. the apartment is an ideal size for a couple and everything needed is included. the kitchen is fully functional and stocked with all the appliances that you could possibly need. the window view is very beautiful, I felt like we were in a movie. the price was affordable. we will be coming back

the towels smelled pretty terrible and there was no ac so the apartment was very hot each night. i recommend at least buying a fan for the bedroom.

The place was lovely. And I knew there is not A/C, but there is not even a fan made our stay less pleasant as for sleep I had to keep windows open ( what was not enough due to the heat and noise from outside. Not easy to sleep during summer season
