L’emplacement, à côté de tout

L’appartement n’est pas isolé on entend les voisins La porte d’entrée est transparente donc on nous voit et on voit les personnes dehors Nous sommes au niveau des machines à laver de la résidence donc du bruit des 6h du matin

כל הדרך לדירה + המדרגות חשוכה ללא תאורה, 2 מזגנים בחדרי השינה, רק מזגן אחד עבד היה מאוד חם ולא מאוורר בסלון אין מזגן, הדירה עצמה הייתה מאוד סבירה ביחס למחיר.

"Good location but I’d probably look for somewhere else"

Good location, and could be a really good apartment

Very dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned, lots of things were broken and owner asks for a deposit which they don’t pay back in full because of “international fees”.
