Xen Premium Apartment

The building with well-kept inner courtyard, apartment quite large well divided and equipped , nice decorated , maybe a little to much glamour, sofa's and bed in very good condition, remote electric shutters at windows, espresso machine , very clean and everything in order. During the day an night very quiet except the noisy walk from above lately in the night or too early in the morning. Parking nearby in a garage (12 e/day). Area with restaurants and terraces. Host very supportive give us all details we ask for. Nearby Corvin square with acces to metro, bus, trams.

No white bedsheets , missing 1 set for sofa , w.o. smell of clean comparing with towels. So I could not be sure that it was 100% clean. (we use own pillowcase). No body cleaning products for the bathroom except handwash.

The place has a good central location, very close to the metro and to many restaurants and terraces. It is extremely quiet, as it faces the interior courtyard, and it features pretty much everything you could possibly want from a home away from home. We were happy the host also let us park the car in an underground parking right across the street from the apartment, for a very good price per day. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend time in Budapest!

The apartment was newly and beautifully built, well furnished. Kitchen was fully equipped. The bed and sofabeds were really comfortable. Air con in living room and small room. Lots of sockets, even a usb socket in the bedroom! The apartment was safe with 2 locked gates and location was fantastic, near to lots of cafes and restaurants, aldi at a 10 min walk, 5 min walk to tram station with trams 4 and 6 both of which go into the city!

It was on first floor which wasnt stated. However the stairs were quite small so carrying luggage was less painful. Theres a school next door, which we didnt mind at all as we're used to living in a busy noisy area.

Great location to explore the city. Super quiet during the night. New furniture and full size kitchen.

Very nice, clean and cozy apartment, nice location close to public transport stops and airport shuttle. We had everything we needed while stay there! We'll come back there if visit Budapest.
