The hotel bar in front of the appartement make a music loudly. It is disturbing.

The studio was EXCELLENT!!! I stayed there for five nights cannot say enough nice things about it! It was spacious, beautifully decorated (with a decorative electric fire place!) with a very well-stocked kitchen, and a super comfy bed. There was lots of natural light, and a beautiful, unobstructed view of the mountainside and the rest of Zermatt. My favorite part was the private balcony, which had a clear view of the Matterhorn! And the location was perfect - only 5 minute walk from the train station on flat surface - easy to get to even with your luggage.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-equipped and decorated, and the view from the balcony was fabulous. I have never felt so at home while on vacation! This was by far the best place we've ever stayed while on vacation. We hope to come back someday.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the facilities you need for self catering, including coffee making machine, microwave, cooker and oven etc. Balcony has a great view over the town, to the Matterhorn. Host supplied complementary (and very nice!) bottle of wine and fruit, and was very helpful.

Nothing really, except perhaps need to take two lifts from street level- but this was a very minor niggle!
