Apartment Zayetta

Clean with plenty of space inside and great proximity to the train station so we didn't have to lug our bags far at all. Kids loved the novelty of the wall beds in the living area, and the bed in the main bedroom was a great large size for a couple.

There's not much to dislike. The control dial for the heaters in main living room appears broken but it didn't matter in the end - the room was warm enough and if it got too warm we just opened the balcony door to let some cool air in.

So convenient to the train station, less than 5 minutes walk. The shower was amazing. Great use of space and and great facilities. Well stocked kitchen with more than enough plates.

Quite stuffy and warm in the room. Restrictions on hours of use for laundry makes it difficult for travellers to use.

Kettle full of scale.

Location

Very old and unpleasant furniture, terrace with the TV antenna occupying most of the space, no towels made available (we had to look for them in an untidy closet)

The location is near the Zermatt train station. And enough space.

although our contact indicated we would have to call someone on arrival to arrange for getting the keys, she was actually there waiting for us

Everything. the location was perfect. Amenities and Staff were beyond expectations. less than 10 minutes from the train station and right in town next to food and shops
