Haus Mischabel

Perfect location in the center of Zermatt, everything is in 5 minutes reach by foot. The views of the Matterhorn from the terrace are just stunning. The kitchen is fully equipped. The host is very kind and helpful.

We had a lovely time in Haus Mischabel. The apartment was super clean, spacious and had everything you needed. The host was very welcoming and even provided us with a welcome basket of Swiss chocolates and bread. Thank you Peter for you kindness! We will be returning in the future.

Everything! We don't wear shoes inside and the place was so clean we felt comfortable even without indoor slippers. The view of the Matterhorn is marvelous and the owner is very sensible, responsive and kind. We were provided with discount coupons by the owner which were useful. Basic amenities were perfect, including the coffee. The complimentary drink and snacks were a very delightful surprise. The place is very well maintained and spacious. Location is also perfect and easily accessible to stores, restaurants and stations/lifts.

The alpine view was marvelous, the house was spotless and very spacious and was very well equipped with all the necessary amenities.

THis was a first floor corner flat. Wonderful view of Matterhorn, from very ample balcony and through large windows in sitting/dining room, and of trees in neighbouring gardens. Nice views from all bedrooms, of greenery or distant peaks or old roofs. Rooms extremely spacious, light and super-clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms pretty sound proof. Very close to Migros for groceries, and fresh breakfast rolls, and to the old town centre, station 7 minutes'walk away as was Gornergrat railway. Very helpful and friendly host living on ground floor, who gave us access early (this won't always be the case if cleaners aren't finished) and responded to text immediately with phone connectors for our ill-fitting plugs. Kitchen equipment clean and good. Free coffee pods (are these always there???) very welcome.

Instructions for coffee machine would have been good (we are not all used to these!), and a few microwave- dishes with lids would have been useful. These are very minor details which I only include since you ask...

Peter-Josep was very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Very close to centre of town and other activities. Apartment was very clean and had all you needed.
