The laundry was confusing to use but that may just be me...once I figured it out it was great but wasted a couple of francs doing it

I recently stayed in a cozy, well-maintained apartment located on a steep hill, offering stunning mountain views and all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Although there was a Red Line bus stop conveniently in front of the apartment, the service was unfortunately interrupted during my stay. Despite this, I highly recommend the apartment for its great location and overall pleasant experience. The host was incredibly cooperative and hospitable, guiding me through each detail to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

I liked how peaceful the apartment was and all the utilities provided. The kitchen was fully operational and the host provided everything from oil to salt if one were to cook. Very thoughtful!

The view from the apartment is amazing! Apartment was very nice and cozy, although leaving the doors open for ventilation would mean inviting flying guests in during summer :) Host informed us in advance that buses do not run at the moment due to some issues, but taxis were available and that got us to the apartment fast. There’s also lift available so we did not have to carry our suitcases up few flights of stairs. Laundry room is easy to access and use. Host was also very kind to help hold our suitcases on the day we checked out so that we could continue exploring the town on our last day.

It’s a 20min walk to the apartment from the station but honestly not so much of a complain as Zermatt is pretty much a walking town!

Amazing location, great facilities, spacious, clean and very easy to walk to from the main station or take a short bus. Would highly recommend the accommodation for those looking to explore Zermatt and the surrounding areas and only a short 5 minute walkaway from an amazing view of the Matterhorn (weather permitting)

Building only accessible by stairs and on a sloped hill which was made difficult to navigate given we had large suitcases and a pram but no fault of the property just the area it is located in so something to be mindful off.

The apartment is really spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. Comfortable bed too, but not for the pillow( feels super thin like a flat comforter). Love the kitchen area where it is an open space for cooking. Amazing views too. Our host, nadia, is friendly and reply to all our queries and gave clear instructions for check in.

About 1km away from train. Walking up slope with heavy luggages can be a struggle. However, there's a bus stop which is right infront of the hotel (but need to check frequency). But the disadvantage is that if the bus is full, we wont be allowed to board if we are carrying luggages and need to wait for next 20mins, hoping for an emptier one (by luck).

Clean and cozy with enough space so that the three of us did not feel like we were on top of each other. Being able to cook was a bonus.
