"Very good"

- Good location for skiing (5 minutes to Sunnegga, 10 minutes to Gornergrat train). - Nice view - Good facilities and equipment (Fondue set, raclette set, hair dryer etc.)

-sufficient beds for 5 person. -provides sufficient toilet paper, trash bags, cups, kettle and pots for use.

-the sofa bed wasnt prepared before hand -only know that a deposit of CHF200 is payable to a separate website after booking. (if not paid, check-in information will not be given. This wasnt being told clearly before booking) - -

"Good choice to stay in Zermatt"

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Good price compared to other accommodations in the same area. Good location, walking distance from the train station with a good view of Matterhorn. Very comfortable rooms with enough goods to enjoy our family time.

"Good hardware but not software"

Stunning view of matterhorn Clean beds With kitchenette With good tv With large balcony

Many flies (really many many flies), surrounding our food and drinks Only provided one plastic bag in trash bin, we have been cooking for few nights, totally full, crazy. Needs to provide more bags for trash Be reminded you will have to pay 200chf deposit Need to take out the trash, but without giving any information of ecopoints. We have to search on our own

"Hell"

A next door construction site made our stay hell. Noise from 7am until 6pm. The property owner refused any kind of compensation. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There were no pillows that deserve this name.

"Beautiful View from Balcony"

Beautiful view of Matterhorn from balcony. Loved that the apartment was clean, had small kitchen to do own cooking. Comfortable beds and there were enough beds for family of 5. Nearby e-bus stop that brings you to Matterhorn cable car station and around main parts of Zermatt. Apartment is about 10-15mins walk from Zermatt Train Station.

Washing machine available but have to contact via mobile to unlock room, not easy for those with data-only plan. Small shower space Apartment is smaller than expected but cozy

"Superb"

Good view, you can see Matterhorn from the living room.

Compared to other 2 chalet we stayed in Swiss, not always responsive during our stay.

You wake up to this magnificent view of the Matterhorn mountain. The place was clean and close to everything especially the train station. Staff was helpful and responds quickly.
