Very disappointed that the host didn’t inform us in advance that the elevator was out of service. We were given a room on Level 3 and had two large, heavy suitcases. One of the main reasons we chose Haus Vitalis was the confirmed elevator access. Shockingly, even a day before check-in, the host reminded us to take the elevator but on arrival, we saw a notice saying it had been out of service since September 25, 2025. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Very poor experience.
