Z Suite Zermatt

L'apartament és molt nou i té gairebé de tot. El personal de l'agència és molt amable i t'ajuden en tot moment. Cuiden molt els petits detalls i és molt d'agrair.

En general, ens ha agradat molt l’estada i hem estat molt a gust a l’apartament. Com a punt a tenir en compte, si s’hi allotgen 4 persones cal saber que l’espai no és especialment ampli, ja que dues persones dormen al sofà llit. Tot i així, per a nosaltres ha estat suficient i hi hem estat bé. També vam trobar a faltar unes estovalles o algun element similar per a la taula, però és més aviat un petit detall pràctic a tenir en compte que no pas una queixa

La tranquillité et la modernité

Un peu compliqué avec l’obligation d’utiliser la clé pour l’ascenseur surtout pour le départ car il fallait laisser les clés sur la table donc redescendre avec l’escalier mais ça muscle en résumé tout est parfait mais un peu haut perché

Amazing views, very modern and great layout inside with everything you need for your stay would highly recommend

Las fotos del espacio correspondían a lo que se muestra en la plataforma de reservas, me pareció muy cercano a la calle principal, muy silencioso y ubicado en un edificio donde no hay muchas personas, así que siempre se sintió muy silencioso

Podrían ser más específicos al momento de la reserva que era solo 1 apartamento. Pensamos que era un edificio de suites, en realidad era un solo apartamento para alojarse, así que cualquier cosa que se necesitara rápidamente, había que bajar hasta el centro

Good size and kitchen

Self service, long stairs to drag heavy suitcase which hotel didn’t inform me. It also did not warn me when I told them I was supposed to Arrive 22 but they charge me in 21. Even getting the key from office by myself and there is no reception

everything was perfectly organized. we received detailed instructions by email. even with our late arrival there was no problem. from organizing a taxi ride from the train station, through picking up the key, and after being dropped off in front of the apartment. since the building in which the apartment is located is on quite a large hill, it is accessible by elevator (which you will appreciate if you have large luggage or arrive exhausted from a tour). The apartment is new, spacious and clean. in the kitchen there is nothing missing in terms of equipment. the bathroom was smaller with a nice shower. from the balcony there is a view of the Matterhorn. on the dining table there were lots of recommendations on where to go and what to do in Zermatt, as well as discounts on various places and attractions. there was also a bowl of chocolate as a welcome, which was gone before I knew it. we were excited about everything!!! thank you
