"nice but flawed"

Except for the issue below it's a comfortable place in a nice neighborhood.

The owners sent pictures for how to enter the building, but the pictures were outdated and now it looks quite different. Took a while to figure that out. I opened the kitchen faucet to get some water, it came off and a water jet came out into the kitchen.
