The location was great, and the sauna and hot tub were very relaxing.

Good location. Quiet area but still central enough to major tourist attractions. Quiet complex and a spacious apartment.

Shower leaked and sprayed water. Stairs looked and felt like they were about to break, and the design lead to you having to duck to get up around the stairs. Door lock was flimsy. But mostly we just felt uneasy here with the design, the photos made it look fancy but it felt cheap and a bit sleazy. The artwork really pushed it over the top. Although we loved the raw brick work and the tall arched windows the rest just didn’t work, especially for the cost.

Location was very good and central to the city

The apartment has been very good at one time but is now getting tired and worn out.

you cannot use AC+sauna+jacuzzi at the same time (says the host after you booked). if you book for several people you could be disappointed. WATER off from 10am on our stay, (checkout is 12am) property didn't offer solutions until 13.30pm. no compensation from the property. they must have known it will be off, it's usually communicated to every flat in the building. but still decided to rent it out for this night, causing us unpleasant smell by not showering before leaving for sightseeing in Budapest. unpleasant noise caused by workers next door from 8am, drilling into the walls, we couldn't enjoy our last hours. jacuzzi running on small tap, takes 50min at least to fill up the whole tub. sauna is upstairs, next to jacuzzi and bed. there is no shower at the sauna entrance. disappointed in the finnish sauna, it can only heat up to 55celsius, you have to constantly put water on the stones to get some hot air. there’s a wooden replacement sauna floor in the sauna and some part is missing, the cold air is coming from that part, sitting in the sauna, you feel cold at your feet. the shower is downstairs, so you have to make 30meters to get there after the sauna. the shower head is broken, you can’t fix the direction of the small shower head, the big one is not really working well, only simultaneously with the small one with different temperature. the shower gel is far from the shower, you have to walk out for it, ‘shower gel’ is not written on the tube, so not sure which one to use. the fridge doesn’t light up as you open it. the pillows are too big and hard, there’s lots of light in the appartement, which makes it hard to sleep for those who are used to darkness. it is quite annoying for technical things not to work properly in such an expensive, modern and well designed place.

Excellent location close to all amenities and important sites and transport. The hosts were fantastic and extremely responsive. When there was an issue with the electric going out, the team were extremely quick at sending Aron out, who was fantastic and gave up most of the day trying to get the issue sorted, which was successful. I couldn't have asked for better hosts. As for the property itself, it is a gem, close to city centre and all important locations, just a few metres from St Stephens Basilica. So glad I chose this property and these hosts for my stay.

Not much could be improved, unfortunately the electric went out on my 2nd day, but as mentioned above the hosts dealt with this really quickly and efficiently.

They had really thoughtful extras, such as setting the table and providing wine and champagne. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and spacious. Very comfy and perfectly located. If I come back to Budapest, I would definitely stay here again! The host answered my many questions quickly and thoroughly prior to my arrival and remained available throughout my stay. I only wish that I had been able to stay longer.
