Zensen Nest Apartment

Excellent location, spacious apartment and nicely equipped kitchen

There were some small issues like broken clothes airer and creaking beds. However this was not a problem. There was no heating and hot water when we arrived and although someone fixed it that day, by the evening the heating was not working again. I called the apartment's customer service but they could only offer a repair the following morning after 10am. It was below freezing in Budapest and there was no way we could have stayed the night without heating and hot water. I had to find alternative accommodation for the night in a nearby hotel at my expense of €40. The boiler apparently needed resetting and it was fixed the next day around 10.30am. I have asked for a refund or a compensation for the additional cost but was only offered a partial refund of €15 for the night. My worst ever experience with staying in an apartment in Budapest which I visit often and will stick to hotels from now on.

The stay was exactly like the pictures! Super comfortable and cozy, quiet neighborhood. The tv was connected to Netflix so it was a nice change to stay in while it was raining outside. The location is not far from the city but a brisk walk. Hosts are very quick to answer and provide help :) Definitely worth its value!

There was a minor inconvenience with the towel but the staff answered immediately and sent a replacement fast so that was amazing! :)

There was a problem with the water heater, and they immediately had someone come and sort it out. The quick, helpful response was very much appreciated.

Pretty good locaton, you can reach anywhere in Budapest in 30 mins. The apartment has all the things you need at home. The facilities work without problem.

The windows are faced to the lobby of the apartment. When people pass by the apartment lobby it can sound like they're in the room. Only confusing on the first day tho

the apartment matched the photo, there is a shop 5 meters away, the apartment is not newly renovated, but everything is very good and tidy, I liked everything, it’s good that there was a fan on the second floor because it’s hot there
