Location.

The flat smelled awful, it was full of damp. We tried to get the room changed with no luck. They came to clean and improved ‘somewhat’ the smell but we had to sleep 3 nights with a musty smell that is very harmful to the health. Booking customer service did not help with this at all.

The location was very good, close and walkable to everything we wanted to visit! The room and the building was so cozy. Room included all the facilities needed. The stuff replied very quick if we needed something.

A bit noisy when the window was open because of the main street. However when the window was closed the noise was canceled.

Organization was good, response to small problem was immediate and helpful. vidoes sent to show how to enter apartment were a professional touch.

A pod coffee machine would be a good idea, with maybe a couple of pods on arrival would be a good touch.

* the apartment is on top floor of the building and it is exposed to sun/high temperature (visit was in Aug 2024); it was very warm inside; it is equipped with a fan and AC, but it means the air is constantly blowing in quite small area * TV set without any channels to watch

The location was extraordinary, in the centre of the city near Astoria, a point of connection of means of transportation. You could reach every part of the city in 20 min maximum from the apartment. The apartment was nice, with AC, the bed was comfortable.

The shower was clogged and there wasn’t coffee or tea even though there was a boiler. The curtain was almost invisible so everyone could see you (also the window was pointed on the hallway where everyone passed).

I liked the location (very central) and the simple design. It's a good place to crash for the night, tiny but spacious enough, tidy and very Budapest-esque. It also had AC which is VERY important in the summer. The people handling the check-in through messaging were very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately the stay wasn't very comfortable because you could feel vibrations (from the tram/metro) every other minute while laying in bed/walking. This was disruptive for sleep for me and for my partner. It feels like a tiny earthquake every now and then. I think you can get used to it in 3-4 nights maybe, but for 2 nights it is a bit scary and we only got very little sleep the first night. Also, the apartment we got was on the 5th floor, which I didn't know and it was difficult for my partner (who has a fear of heights).

Not very clean
