- spacious appartment - very good shower - good starting location for trips - very quiet - possibility to use the outside seating area and garden

- very high humidity inside (when sitting on the sofa, the clothes felt a little bit wet after that) - sometimes there was a musty air in some corners of the appartment - after we left all clothes smelled like the appartment (musty) - the beds were not very comfortable
