Location, underfloor heating.

It wasnt clean at all. Hot tub is broken, sink is clogged and bedroom ceiling is low. Towells are old and bed sheet is also old with big hole. Gross.

Posizione super eccellente al centralissima. Casetta molto carina ed accogliente vasca idromassaggio per 2 persone eccellente ambiente caldo, da complimentarsi per l'architetto o chi sia per lo stile e come ha saputo sfruttare gli spazi bellissima . Persone che ti accolgono super gentili e disponibili.

Unica pecca che comunque viene ribadito più volte che la struttura si trova in un palazzo antichissimo in fase di grande restauro. Lavori dalle ore 7.30 alle 18 ma devo essere sincero ambiente sonorizzato benissimo. Si dorme tranquilli.. PS. Consiglio visto i lavori che stanno facendo ci sta tantissima polvere sarebbe molto gradito trovare all'interno dell'appartamento una scopa tipo swiffer per poter togliere almeno un po' di polvere che ovviamente si crea... PS le lenzuola come noi italiani non si usano pertanto consiglio di portarle ... Tutto sommato consiglio vivamente

It is in a very good area, because you can get around on foot. The apartment is an oasis in front of this old, dilapidated building that you look at and feel afraid. The owner has done a very good renovation, and I believe it may be the only apartment in this building that is so modern and renovated. It is quite comfortable, I would say it approaches luxury, but there are flaws that ultimately don’t make it all that luxurious. Nevertheless, it is a truly beautiful home where, if you set aside the exterior of the building, you can enjoy a pleasant stay. I dare say that from a certain point on, on the second or third day of our stay, we began to get used to the scary, almost abandoned building left to its fate, and we even enjoyed it, taking photos. This very old apartment building, if it is ever renovated, will be a real gem. The owner had a welcome gift for my three little children: juices and Smarties. However, it could have had at least one bottle of water in the fridge, but it had nothing.

At first we were shocked upon entering the entrance of this old, poorly maintained building, and I didn’t hide my fear, sending a message to the owner asking if we were truly safe in this place, as I would be staying there for four nights, alone, as a mother with my three minor children. He assured me that we were safe. Indeed, in the end, I felt safe. Nevertheless, the apartment building, although they say it is under renovation, is not under renovation at all, it is simply left to the passage of time…Fortunately, there are no earthquakes in Hungary, like in Greece. Also, there is no elevator, and climbing to the second floor by the stairs is somewhat tiring. Regarding the inside of the apartment, I have to say that it definitely needed more thorough cleaning. I encourage the polite owner that he should consider urging the cleaning staff to do a better job, because the apartment had quite a bit of dust, and the kitchen also needed better cleaning. The jacuzzi was useful, but indeed it sometimes released some black residues, as someone else mentioned in their review. Also, the only things in the bathroom, apart from 4–5 face towels (there were 4 of us), were a small hairdryer, a liquid hand soap, one shower gel, and two rolls of toilet paper. No slippers, no shampoo, and no large bath towels.

V budove sa vrtalo, ale boli sme na to upozornený čiže to je v poriadku. V sprche sa veľmi zle nadstavuje teplá/studená voda. V spálni je televízor z poškodeným displejom. Spálňa je malá - provizorná
