Large apartments, heated floors

At first I couldn't figure out the hot water, but then we got used to it. The bed and the sofa are broken. The bed was broken on one side, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The owner was able to fix it only after 2 days. The sofa in the room is also not in the best condition
