it was spacious..

It was extremely dirty.. the fan did not work.. The apartment was at a good location, but the street was closed during the construction works.

Great value for money and great location. But actual apartment doesn't look as new and nice as the pictures. Cleanliness needs improvement. Fridge is making too much noise. Microwave has no turning plate and no baking tray for oven.
