Perfect stay, very accommodating owner

The location was great. Very central near the sights. Also, the apartment was big and nicely equipped. The instructions were clear. I also liked that the bed and towels have been prepared for 4 guests, the number of guests we booked.

Check out time should be 11am instead of 10am

Lighting in staircase could have been better from a safety standpoint

Great location, clean apartment, toilet well stocked, kitchen had everything required, excellent communication from owner. We loved the old building and its old characteristic, wonderful, it was like going back in time.

I didn’t realise the apartment only had 1 bedroom, 1 bed was in living room, I would not have booked. Must be my error when booking, but it stated 2 beds so I assumed 2 bedrooms. 2 pillows on each bed would be nice, as I don’t think anyone uses - pillow at home.

The old city centre location of the apartment was excellent. It is only one street up from the Danube and one street away from the touristy Vaci Street. There are many good restaurants. The apartment itself was located in a very old interesting building. It would have been nice to know the history of the building and those in the neighbourhood. The apartment owner gave a lot of helpful information about the apartment, area, and how to enter the apartment.

We had a little difficulty getting into the apartment because we arrived late at night and the lighting in the hallway is on a timer with a motion detector in the central area. We were in the dark quite a few times before we got in.
