Noemiz Exclusive Apartments

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully designed and extremelely comfortable. Noemiz and her husband could not have been more accomodating. The breakfast every morning was lovely and very well presented. If we return to Budapest we will not hestitate to book again. Location was perfect. We travelled by Lime scooter everywhere, which were parked nearby.

We had some issues with hot water in the shower.

The house has been refurbished and is very comfortable and very clean apartment with all the amenities we need on a daily basis.

There were some less positive points that made us feel uncomfortable. On the 3rd day we noticed that they entered our apartment without being informed, which is an invasion of our privacy and also our security. On the only day that we stayed in the apartment working remotely, we received a message in the morning asking us to open the windows and the door so that the house could get some air. Being working in the apartment we need our privacy and to be comfortable, even so we open the windows getting the apartment quite cold and with a lot of noise to be able to work. At lunch time, they knocked on the door again asking us to open the windows and the door so that the house could air out, as we had already opened the windows. We've stayed in several apartments on other trips, even because of the issue of being able to work remotely and it was the first time this had happened to us. There was plenty of time to air the apartment after our check-out without having to disturb us. Another point that perhaps needed to be reviewed is the diversity of breakfast. During the 5 days we were served exactly the same breakfast: orange juice, liquid actimel yogurt, a sandwich, coffee, tea and a pastry (it varied between a croissant and a puff pastry). On two of the days we were served a simple croissant, without any butter or sweet stuffing.

Very kind and attentive owners. Charming apartment was sparkling clean with all the facilities one would need and wonderful breakfast every morning. Thanks Noemi! Enjoyed my stay with such kind hosts. Gabor and Noemi were very experienced and knowledgeable and gave me excellent suggestions for my stay in Budapest and beyond. I thank both of them for making my trip wonderful.
