Center Ház Apartman

The property is well-equipped, and has all the necessary features and some more. Fixtures and fittings are modern and clean. It had a large (almost private) balcony - the flat is on the first floor and there are other block of flats. There were sunbeds on the balcony, however it was raining a bit at the time of my stay so I couldn’t use them unfortunately. When I accidentally left my phone, the concierge was happy to let me back in to get it - lifesaver!

The concierge wasn’t there so I had to call the host who told me to wait for the concierge as they usually go on patrol. Other tenants told me that the concierge was smoking by the other building (possibly on a break, but there were no signs where he went). It was a bit frustrating, but he got back when I went over to him and gave me the key once he got back to the reception. There was also a strange smell as I entered the flat and there were air fresheners but even with them I couldn’t get rid of the smell. It might need investigating.

It was very clean, the apartment was spacious enough for two adults and two teens., After reading some reviews, I was not sure that the apartment was a good choice but it was. Clean, safe apartment ,well equipped kitchen, and a big terrace. Smooth check-in.

Everything was bad. The pictures did not resemble reality. A dirty, dirty apartment. I could not sleep in it. It was the worst three days. I lived in it in the july2023. The apartment was as if it was deserted, full of insects and spiders. I do not recommend it at all. The only positive thing is that it is close to transportation.

Location: convenient transport interchange nearby. There are all necessary kitchen appliances and more than you need. Comfortable bed. Superb Terrace.

There are cobwebs, especially in the bathroom and generally it is dusty. Sofa creaks loudly.

Convenient location, not in the very center but close to City Park and with good public transport options. Helpful and nice concierge.

Not clean enough. I mean it was OK-ish for a private flat but cleaned mostly on the surface. We needed to clean the bathroom and some of the kitchen areas ourselves. Not a big problem but definitely a flaw. The sofa was too hard to sleep on and the mattress on the bed to soft (foamy like) for my likings. Parking on the street.
