Bardzo klimatyczny, duży apartament z aneksem kuchennym w jednorodzinnym domku. Cały lokal w klimacie Prowansji, nawet naczynia z motywem lawendy a ręczniki nawet o zapachu lawendowym. Lokalizacja idealna na koncerty/mecze w hali Atlas/stadionie ŁKS.

Rozkopana okolica, brak możliwości zaparkowania na podwórku tylko 100 m dalej na osiedlu.
