Pleasant & Comfy Apartment in super location

Przyjechaliśmy wcześniej niż to było ustalone i mogliśmy skorzystać z mieszkania. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Przyjemny lokal, czysty i zadbany. 10 min od stacji metra. Blisko sklepy i piekarnie gdzie można zjeść śniadanie i nie tylko :) Cisza i spokój. W sam raz aby wypocząć przed kolejnym dniem zwiedzania.

Jest jedna poważna wada. Niestety zapach z łazienki jest nieznośny i roznosi się na całe mieszkanie.

Convenient location, free underground parking, restaurants and shops nearby, close to the metro line, fairly quiet neighborhood, functional kitchen and washing machine.

Besides a coat rack, the lack of space for clothes in the furnitures makes staying longer than two or three days quite inconvenient. The owner reminds guests to not disturb the quiet hours, which I don't dispute, but using the apartment's entrance door already causes a lot of noise due to its damage,

Bathroom / pipe smell

The apartment is well located, with the metro station about a 7–8 minute walk away, making daily travel convenient. It is bright throughout the day, with plenty of natural light in the rooms. It is also close to shops, restaurants, and cafes, adding to the overall convenience. The property includes a free parking space, which is a practical advantage.

The cleanliness of the apartment should be improved. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell that needs to be addressed, and the shower cabin is broken and requires fixing. The oven does not function properly and needs repair. Additionally, the TV is not working, which was inconvenient.

Terriable smell from the bathroom. Condition needs full renovation but first of all a full cleaning.
