The apartment is clean and it has everything. The location is great with a supermarket nearby and a lot of bars and restaurants.

Our first impression of the apartment was good. The apartment was spacious, clean, and tidy. Although you're staying in the nightlife area of Budapest, it's still very quiet at night, which is a very good thing. The location is perfect as it is close to many good restaurants. We liked the powerplugs next to the bed for charging our phones. Also, instructions on checking in and out were clear and very easy to go in and out of the apartment building.

There was a weird odour when we came into the room. It smelled like people had been smoking inside. When we came home, all our clothes smelled like it. Nevertheless, the apartment has very good potential, but there were many things that needed betterment: - More light in the living area (at night) - Shower head falls out easily when showering - Bathtub is way too small and just uncomfortable to shower in - The fridge didn't work and contained mould - TV wasn't plugged in as there was no coax cable, so unusable. Only for decoration, it seemed - We could've used more towels. Stayed for four nights and only got two towels As I already communicated to the owner and also mentioned by other guests in the reviews, I will mention it again. Most of these things are easily fixed it and will make the guests stay so much more enjoyable.

Everything looks exactly the same like in photos and was super clean and tidy. The location is right across a big famous club and really close to everything you might need or want to see. The noise isolation was really good- we didn’t hear really anything from the outside

Only issue we had was with heating… first night we had a problem with turning on the gas heater but the host Basil responded immediately to our message and came shortly to show us how to do it properly. Other problem was that there is no heating in the bathroom.

The location is superb, boasting proximity to bars, restaurants and museums. The apartment's cleanliness is impeccable, and it offers additional positives such as spaciousness and a remarkably quiet environment.

The shower area is cramped and uncomfortable, and the TV was not working

Frankly said I cannot recall any noticable issues, we enjoyed our stay. Just maybe few hints for the hosts: - the metal entrance door to the apartment closes and opens rather tightly and it's not really convenient to lock it with a key from the inside, because the lock is partially hidden by the second door's jamb. - it is not that obvious how to lock with the key the second door (it took around 1 min to realize that first I have to pull up the handle and then use the key), a very simple instruction near the enterance would be helpful - we couldn't find the shoespoon, easy thing to have, but quite handy ;) This is not related to the apartment, nor the hosts, but important thing to mention - building is historical and there is no elevator, keep this in mind, if you have heavy luggage that has to be pulled to the 3rd floor using the stairs.
