В описі було вказано наявність кавоварки та чайника, не було ні того ні іншого. Я написала власникам, пообіцяли зранку наступного дня принести чайник , але ніхто обіцянки звісно ж не виконав. Тапочок та халатів не було, фену також. Миючі засоби на одне використання. За таку вартість можна жити в готелі з усіма цими зручностями та ще й сніданком.

Checkin is horrid. First submitting info via an online portal. No-one at the property to help when rubbish “bluetooth” key app won’t work. (Finally managed via a different phone.) this computer service people would really have struggled. Could not double lock door from inside. Extremely noisy extractor fan that simply would not go off. It was on throughout the entire night. Even with the bathroom door closed it vibrated. No reception or anyone to talk to. There is a tablet type screen on the wall, but everything is only in Slovak, so impossible to navigate. Could not check out via the screen downstairs, because it was stuck on an email login screen that we could not get out of. Next time, I would rather stay somewhere where you have access to a human .
