The instructions for locating the apartment were extremely inadequate. There were no identification signs on the building or entrance. Despite repeated requests, no photos or clear directions were provided in advance. As a result, locating the apartment at night was unnecessarily difficult, inconvenient, and stressful. This situation reflects poor communication and a lack of basic consideration for guests.

The only positive aspect is that the location is well positioned within the city.

The accommodation is significantly different from the Booking.com description. Although listed for 6 guests, it is clearly suitable for only 4. The so-called “twin beds” are not real beds, but very low, foldable sunbed-type structures, extremely uncomfortable and causing serious back pain. There is no sofa or sofa bed, despite being listed. We were repeatedly told that the issues would be resolved, but nothing was actually done. The management support was not customer-oriented at all and failed to provide any real solution. Heating did not work in one bedroom during the first night (16°C inside, ~0°C outside). We had to move a mattress to the floor in the other room where the heating worked to be able to sleep. A portable heater was brought only on the second night, after almost two days of repeated phone calls. Old, poorly insulated windows let cold air in constantly, and the entrance door does not close properly unless locked. No relocation or proper assistance was offered. Please be very careful about this accommodation! For 4 guests, it's ok, but keep in mind that if you have any issues there, there might be chances that it won't be resolved.
