The location is perfect. The stylish building in a beautiful area close to Oktogon metro, this made accessing key tourist sites and local amenities very easy and enjoyable. I was particularly pleased with the apartment. It was not only well-maintained but also very comfortable - charming, clean appartments with furniture and appliances in very good condition. The beds are truly comfortable. It faces internal courtyard for this reason is very silent What made our stay so pleasant was the host, Federico, who was very polite. Federico is 200% helpful, communicative, responsive going beyond all standard expectations ! He made the whole process easy and smooth even before we arrive. Our stay at apartments was fantastic & it was an incredibly positive experience ! Highly recommended to consider when planning a trip to Budapest !

Federico is an social and awesome Host. He takes time to explain you everything and the best places to visit. We are coming back for sure!

Very good location in the centre of the city and close to everything. Well equipped apartment with all necessary items. Very friendly owner and personnel. Good choice and value for money, I am recommending it.

According to the description I was expecting a real balcony with a street view. There was just an inner balcony instead...

Everything was perfect. Federico is a phenomenal host! Super friendly, gave us loads of suggestions on what to do around Budapest. He let us keep our bags at the apartment whilst it was getting ready for check in. The apartment itself is super clean, lovely decor, comfy beds and towels provided! Communication from Federico is also fantastic, promptly answering all and any questions. The location is central and there are so many lovely restaurants close by! Highly recommend staying here, do not hesitate! Best apartment to stay in Budapest!

Recently renovated and well furnished small apartment, great for a couple. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location: it was very calm and silent yet downstairs is full of nice restaurants and bars. Oktogon metro is few step away, but in general main touristic attractions can be reached easily on foot. The flat was super clean. Federico the host was friendly and always available!

The apartment doesn’t have a city view from the windows. It faces internal courtyard but for this reason is very fresh and silent, but not really bright.

Really all I need in an apartment on a vacation to be honest. 10 out of 10 for me. Super friendly host. Was very helpful and greeting Rooms were very equipt and comfy (including kitchen) Very close to the center, the bars, clubs

Missing A/C...

It was an incredibly positive experience. The host was extraordinarily kind and accommodating, agreeing to an early check-in and a late check-out which provided me with a lot more flexibility in my travel plans. The apartment itself was well situated, located conveniently close to the city center. This made accessing key tourist sites and local amenities very easy and enjoyable, allowing me to make the most of my time in Budapest. I was particularly pleased with the apartment. It was not only well-maintained but also very comfortable, serving as an ideal base for my week-long stay. In conclusion, I highly recommend this apartment to any prospective visitors to Budapest. The combination of a gracious host, convenient location, and comfortable living conditions made for an excellent stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Excellent location, very close to everything. Very easy communication with host, who gave us great advises what to see and do in Budapest.

The place is positioned in a favorable area, in the center, with many pubs and good restaurants nearby. Besides the really good positioning, the place was clean, modern, you find everything that you would need in there. The owner is very friendly and trustworthy, whom you can easily comunicate with. We highly recommend this place, it is a safe spot every tourist would love to stay in.
