The building is in very bad condition, however the flat is OK

-well organised (easy communication with owner and uncomplicated access to keys/apartment, also it was possible to store our luggage before 4pm so we could directly explore the area without it) -beautiful apartment with all the things you need, lovingly furnished and with a nice small balcony, quiet and peaceful, sofa absolutely fine to sleep on for a second person and I loved the turntable and the records!! -beautiful typical old house with a courtyard and a curious pretty cat in the evenings -nice neighbourhood in walking distance to Margaret bridge, some grocery stores and restaurants

-nothing; maybe a shelve above the washer in the bathroom to store some items

spacious and fully equipped. wish we had planned a longer stay.

Advise anyone to arrive before dark. our late arrival and my not having all details meant I had to impose on owner. he immediately responded and personally assisted us into the apartment.

perfect place to stay . loved it as it provides almost everything you need for a great time in Budapest . so quite and clam in a great location in the city centre. A balcony with nice view and lovely birds’ songs. total privacy in your own house. the owner is a very professional and nice person. effective communication. everything was precisely explained and the exact same property details as mentioned. I would highly recommend this property for other guests. I’d love to come again and stay in your property. thanks .

It was very clean and location is excellent.

The apt is very cozy and they have everything if you like cooking. Lots of resto and supermarket. And close to the beautiful places. The host is very friendly n willing to help you :) tks a lot ...

Transportation around Budapest is not easy as seniors especially people dont speak English...difficult to communicate.
