Cleanliness, Comfort, Location (close to all amenities). The property itself was charming and comfortable, with a friendly host who made us feel at home. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy, welcoming vibe.

The other bedroom not having an ac but other than that everything was absolutely perfect.
