"Very comfortable, clean unit in a fantastic location!"

Well equipped unit in a fantastic location near Semaphore jetty and all the shops and eateries along Semaphore rd. Beautiful sunset views for the balcony or walk to the jetty for and even better sunset experience Great communication from the owner regarding check-in procedure, and they also provided lots of information via email prior to arrival and an info folder in the unit. Especially appreciated a fresh carton of milk left in the fridge as I got in late and was dying for a cup of tea! The unit had a Nespresso coffee machine and the owner also provided some complimentary coffee pods, along with a selection of teas :-) The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the blankets and quilts provided were warm and comforting during my stay in a cold, rainy and windy week. (bar one day!) NIce touches like throw rugs in lounge room made the place feel comfy and inviting. Everything thruout the unit was very neat, clean and tidy. Would happily stay here again :-)

The lounge setting was rather uncomfortable - I think the foam or stuffing in the cushions is past its use by date. I was there during some ferocious weather (wind at > 60km/hr), but could feel the cold air coming in thru the bedroom window (maybe around the window sill?) There was a roller blind in place, but a well fitting slat blind with some heavier drapes may have eliminated this.

"Clean and cosy"

Overlooking the beautiful beach of Semaphore. Clean and tidy and full stocked for a short or extended stay. Having a washing machine and dryer a big plus as we had run out of clothes after 8 days away prior to arriving.

A little bit musty but nothing offensive in kitchen area. Loud neighbours in nearby apartments but they quietened by midnight.
