B12 Apartment Budapest

Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 15 Km von der Innenstadt entfernt. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs können im Umkreis von 15-20 Gehminuten besorgt werden. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer schönen grünen Oase, zwei / drei Straßen weiter beginnen aber schon die Plattenbauten von Csepel. Es ist geeignet für einen Business-Aufenthalt sowie für eine Sightseeing Tour in Budapest. Wer aber Romantik vor der Tür haben will ist hier falsch. Es war sehr sauber, der Vermieter war sehr flexibel und spricht perfekt deutsch!

The place is exactly the same what you see in photos and it’s extra comfortable for groups. And the owner is I guess one of the best and kind men in Budapest.

The staff and good management friendly

Good communication with the kind host, Richard. Sheets, floors, table tops looked clean. Nice, quiet location, it also has an outside patio, would have been nice to sit there outside if we stayed longer. Good value for price. Some of the beds were comfortable, the double beds.

Unfortunately, there ia some wear and tear visible on the sheets and furniture. Would be helpful to be able to easily open the window in the bathroom for some fresh air. One of the single beds was very squicky.

It was clean and the house was nice, the owner is great and very helpful.

Very polite host, speaks English. The apartment is clean, the bed sheets and towels clean and dry, entire house is renewed. Kid friendly, beds comfy, even for my 203cm and 150kg :D
