"Good location, affordable price"

Location is excellent, next to metro and tram station, walkable to many tourist points. Apartment is spacious. Air conditioner works well. The toilet is newly renovated with good lighting.

The light in the living room is dim. There is a leakage of water into the cabinet under the sink in the toilet. A bit difficult to lock the main door, better to have clear instruction.
