Premium Apartments by Hi5 - Astoria square

Very nice, warm and spacious place. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower. You also have a fully equipped kitchen area. The bus stop for the airport is literally in front of the main entrance door of the building. Central location. Good value for money! Next time I am in Budapest I would definitely come back to this accomodation.

Perhaps the plugs next to the beds need adjustments. The heating in the bathroom is too hot. It would be nice to regulate the temperature. The elevator didn't work properly.

We booked this place in order to reach trams and buses easily, located right at Astoria. Some co-worker was available on the phone at 11pm, but she couldn’t fix our problem obviously…

I stayed here with my 5 years old son. It is no exaggeration that I could NOT sleep ONE MINUTE. This is due to the cheapest facilities and furnitures in the apartment. The bed and pillows so overly soft that it is impossible to lie on belly. The isolation on the windows do not even block out 5% of the noise from outside. And that junction at Astoria is SUPER LOUD. I do not understand why they couldn’t invest into the comfort of their guests… their tarifs are quite high. But the worst was the broken heating in the bathroom which was on full power the whole time so we had sleep next to it in 35-40 Celsius. I literally felt like in the sauna in the worst sense. And scared all the time when the device might explode due to huge pressure (happened to us once). Opening the windows was not an option due to the street. Unbearably bad night we had. Due to our late arrival, we couldn’t switch to anything else. Oh and probably one of their incapable co-workers is still sending her threatening emails that she will not let us in unless I share my son‘s passport on unsecured chat or email which I would never do about personal documents. Secured platforms are of course a different topic, there I provided every required information towards authorities. I also offered to show it personally, but of course no one is on the reception which is located totally elsewhere. If there were any quality service there, they would offer the money back for this horrible night, but unfortunately there isn’t… would never stay here again!
