Location, good value for money.

We could not get into the apartment one night because of some problem with the “code box”. It took 4 hours and broken doors to get in. We understand things like this can happen, but the communication and handling the problem from their side was just terrible. We were cold and did not get any info.

Space and decoration

The lack of hygiene products such as shower gel and shampoo. For the price charged, i believe this should be provided.

"Below expectations, disappointing."

The beds were nice.

The apartment was below expectations, as well as having damaged fixtures, such as the shower that was falling apart, bed-side lamps that did not work, faulty lightbulbs, etc. Furthermore, the curtains were extremely dirty and the shower-head was slightly moldy. The A/C did not work, and the internet connection was very bad and slow, working intermittently.
