Стосовно розташування помешкання, наявність підземної парковки, розгалужена транспортна система, легко доїхати в будь яку частину міста на громадському транспорті, не далеко супермаркети Spar, Lidl та ін. Взагалі, якщо налаштований відпочивати, то все буде добре!

Нібито вся квартира обладнана та оснащена усім необхідним,для комфортного перебування, але все ж щодо чистоти в квартирі коли заїхали, вибачте, хозяївам треба, можливо, хоч іноді самім побачити як готують квартиру для наступних відпочиваючих.

We had a very unpleasant stay at this apartment. The cleanliness was far below standard, with dirt and grime in several areas. The apartment smelled strongly of mold and urine in the bathroom, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. The design was catastrophic; it felt like the decorations and pillows were just thrown in without any thought or care. These issues made the stay uncomfortable and unhealthy. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone until these serious problems are addressed.

The lockbox was a little hard to spot, but only because we arrived very late at night at the property. We were given detailed explanations on where to find all the keys and which keys open what doors/gates. The parking space was excellent, we especially appreciated it being underground and the car not having to stay in the scorching hot sun all day. We were provided with a phone number that could be reached 24/7 in case of any problems. The apartment was clean and has working air conditioning in both rooms. There were clean towels, Basic shower gel and shampoo were provided in the bathroom. Very big balcony with seating.

Getting to the apartment is a little scary at night. The lighting could be better. There was a slight sewage smell from the toilet room. The wall plugs in the bedroom are impossible/very hard to reach to plug your phones in for the night. We had to move the bed forward a little, but the headboard gets caught in the wardrobe so we couldn't really move it far enough to be able to plug in our chargers comfortably. Maybe an extension cord on each side could help. The coffee table top was missing in the living room but that did not bother us. However I had to fish out the batteries from the TV remote to put them in the AC remote. It was easy to get into the city center with the bus, There are a lot of cafes and bakeries at aprox. a 10 min walk from the apartment,
