Encantador Piso Nuevo en el Centro de Alicante

Location was great for access to the beach, bars and restaurants. The main space in the flat was a great size for the 4 of us staying, the host is responsive to messages and the beds were comfortable.

The shutter in the main bedroom was broken and so would not close. The floor had been hoovered but not mopped when we arrived so was very dirty. My baby crawled round the flat when we arrived before we had walked through it and his hands, knees and feet were black when we picked him up. No cold water from the tap in the family bathroom. Oven only had one very dirty tray available to use. Whilst a cot is very helpfully provided, it only fits in the main bedroom and even then is a bit of a squeeze.

La entrega de llaves fue un caos. La anfitriona nos llamó metiéndonos prisa a la llegada mientras íbamos conduciendo, porque tenía prisas. Nos dijo que el garaje del apartamento no se podía utilizar, por fallo del ascensor y nos proporcionó otra dirección de garaje, por cierto, errónea, que nos entretuvo más dando vueltas por Alicante. Finalmente llegamos al apto, nos dio las llaves corriendo y se marchó, ni siquiera nos dijo en qué planta estaba el alojamiento. Probando la puerta del garaje, descubrimos que Si podíamos meter el coche, que cambiamos del garaje de pago al apartamento. En definitiva, la atención "en persona" del anfitrión fue inexistente, y eso que vivía cerca.

Locaton, it was clean and had everything we needed.

The host was not the friendliest person. She seemed annoyed when we arrived. Sent me information about the departure only after I asked for it and changed the inforanation about where we should leave the keys. We ended up stuck in the corridor fot 30 minutes because we did exactly as asked and the host blamed us for it. Before departure, the building door was always just closed but when we wanted to leave, somebody had locked the door but we had alreafy left the keys in the apartment as asked. Long story short- always check if the building door in unlocked before leaving the keys at the apartment when leaving.

Location was fantastic . The rooms and facilities was alright .there were some stuff for beach which was fantastic .fridge freezer was OK.

few times we had power cut . Pots and pans wasn't enough for family .there was No Table ware such as table cloth and salt shakers. No safety box to keep our money and passport some where safe

This property was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. It was very central, on a beautiful street. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes close by.

Muy comodo y bien ubicado. Tal cual las fotos. El piso esta muy bien equipado. La ubicacion es ideal.

Tener una atencion mas proactiva a la hora del check in y check out.

A super comfortable accommodation in an excellent location, fully equipped with everything you might need. Highly recommended!
