How clean and tidy, balcony was a nice touch

Spacious apartment for a short stay for a couple in easy reach of usual amenities. Excellent communication from the host. Would recommend.

Flat very clean, tidy and all the amenities needed. We can cook as there is an electric hob and there is even oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea,sugar. There is also shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. There is heater wich is needed in the night There is a washing machine for the building and you can dry your clothes on the balcony. The area is super calm. The flat is located 15-20min walk from alicante city center by walk, 15min from Santa Barbara castle and 5min from archelogic museum, 5min from nearest tram station. There is a big mercado supermarket 1min walk from the flat closing late, wich make life easy to do some grocery.

There is no lift, just tidy stairs so need to be careful if you are not confortable to go 2nd floor by walk. Despite it says pet not allowed, we could hear a dog bark loudly often in the morning and evening for a while. Not sure if it is from neighboorhood ir customers but it sounded very loud in the building....

Very clean & comfortable. Good location for the castle. About a 20/25 minute walk to/ from the beach or old town

One think you can improve is to get a plastic rack for drying the dishes. Otherwise this place is excellent.

I had to work, so I appreciated the desk and the good wifi. Also, everything (bathroom, kitchen) was quite new, which means it was also clean.

Everything was great.

Comfortable flat, exellent clean, the bed is amazing. Close to the seaside, restaurants, shopping centre.
