Lovely apartment, great location. Wonderful view. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. Dishwasher.

The temperature of the oven is lower than it should be. The double bed is not big enough for 2, but no problem as our tall son slept well on the sofa bed.

excellent viiews. spacious accomodation. everything provided for a comfotable stay. Location very near to the beautiful beach. Just a short stroll into Alicantealong the promenade. Very close to the tram stop. Excellent communication with Desi from start to finish.

Thought a welcome pack would have been nice as we arrived late on the night 😀

Property is perfect for 3-4 people. Lovely views from the living room. Nice deli shop, bakery and inexpensive cafes to enjoy breakfast or lunch in less then 5 min walk on the terrace overlooking beach. There are two beach chairs for your use and lovely terrace at the back, in one of the bedrooms.

Everything was fine until last day, when we got back from breakfast at 10:30 we found a cleaning lady in the apartment. When we’ve asked for a privacy until 11am (check out time) so we can have a quick shower and finish packing cleaning lady got very upset and just carry on cleaning, asking us not to use fresh towels for the next guests ( but she removed our towels to wash). Eventually she’s left, after talking on the phone to the lady who’s looking after the apartment. The whole experience was very awkward. We left by 10:50, after finishing our stuff. We only needed 10 minutes.

A fantastic place if you want to spend a few days in Alicante, just a stone’s throw from the beach or a 10 min walk to the centre. A nice neighborhood with some very good shops, bars and restaurants. The flat’s very spacious and comfy with amazing views overlooking the Med. We all loved it. On top of that, Desri, our host, was very hospitable, kind and so helpful. You couldn’t really ask for more.
