Beautiful and nice Loft - Alicante

Everything was perfect.

Very well equipped apartment, there was everything you may need during your stay. Our host told us about important things and gave us few recommendations in Alicante. Apartment is very clean, a little bit too dark, there's only one window - but it won't bother you if you're gonna spend time sightseeing or chilling on the beach. :) Big shops like Mercadona are about 10 minutes walk from the apartment, city center within 20-25 minutes of walk, you can use buses.

This is the second time at this apartment..perfectl little gem. Great location, not too far away from centre and sea front. Plenty going on around. Lots of shops,bars & restaurants Apartment is home from home, everything you need. Hosts rene & fabiola take pride in their apartment & are very helpful & accommodating. Thanks again, we will be back.

Nothing not to like.

clean apartments, ideal for two people. All equipment worked flawlessly, the water pressure in the shower was good, a bidet, a washing machine, a grill oven... The mattress was generally comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, this is important! Lots of blankets and pillows. Clean room, comfortable living conditions. The owner called a taxi upon request.

The only downside is the presence of fragrant incense sticks, they are not needed at all) a bit far from the coast, but we walked, it’s useful)

Friendly host and close to the places I wanted to visit. My daughter and grandson love the place and even made a playground in the living room.

I would have liked to have a vacuum cleaner available in the apartment. The wooden floor looked a bit worn out.

Apartment excellent ,owner very nice a little noisy area( the peoples on street are noisy,motorbikes brumbrum : ) and noisy talking) but if you have keeping window close then OK.Close bus stop where you can go by bus to the beach every 7 min by walk to the beach about 30 min,to central market 15 min walk.
