Magic Atico in the heart of the old town

A really great location for the old town sights. The apartment was fresh and modern. Very good views and close to restaurants and bars. Apartment was very clean and the terrace was good. The housekeeper was friendly and informative. It was only a short walk to the beach.

There were some minor issues-lamp in bedrooms needed a new bulb and the relaxer chair on the terrace was broken.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of the old town, this great little apartment has everything you could want for a stay in Alicante. Near to the beach, lovely restaurants and a few minutes walk from some more lively nightlife. The apartment is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and has loads of personal touches.

Nothing to dislike at all Two tiny suggestions would make it perfect .. maybe a folder with details of things to do and numbers for taxis etc would have been helpful and a parasol for the terrace that can be moved in the baking sun but honestly the place is beautiful.

The property was excellent, clean well prepared everything you needed was there even umbrella and beach towels. Great location the terrace was fantastic to sit out at night and have a bottle of wine. Galina our host kept us well informed before we arrived, and was there to greet us when we arrived and so friendly even left us a wine and snacks.

What a fantastic property overlooking probably the best square in Alicante. Everything you could need is provided for in the apartment, the owner has even thought of the little touches such as providing a shopping bag and sun and rain umbrellas and the water and wine were very thoughtful. The sun terrace is absolutely amazing with so much space to relax, again everything provided; table, chairs with cushions and sun loungers with beach towels and an electric canopy when you like to sit in the shade.

The only small issue is that there a lot of birds that fly over the area with the occasional mess on the terrace. Obviously there is nothing that can be done to prevent this and perhaps only happens at certain times of the year? This in no way spoilt our enjoyment and would definitely go back again.

Excellent location. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Fabulous outside terrace. Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms.

Liked everything about the property. Although the bedrooms are small we felt that it would be possible to fit slightly larger beds in which would enhance the property.

The housekeeper Galina had been in touch via whatsapp prior to our trip and filled us with confidence about the arrival details even telling us where the taxi would drop us off and where to walk across the square to the apartment door. The location is stunning and views from the balcony are gorgeous. The apartment has all that we needed and more including a smart tv with Netflix YouTube Apple tv etc. Cannot speak highly enough of Magic Atico.
