Cleaning ,the living room have two sofa and that are broken ,kitchen stuff are so disappointing.

The location was excellent. It was close to the beach, restaurants and the castle. All were in walking distance. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

The bathroom was very cramped. It is very hard to shower if you are tall

Location was perfect. It was directly opposite the restaurant that we had booked. Parking was pretty good in the area, and we managed to park within on a 60 second walk. This property is basic, but it ticked all our boxes, and it was very quiet at night. Walking distance to beach and Plaza Del Mar 2 shopping center.

Great location. During the day you live practically on the beach, in the evening - in the city center. The store is located opposite the entrance to the building

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my travels. I am an avid traveler, and have been to so many countries and cities and have used hotels and apartments everywhere. This apartment is owned by a woman who I think lives in Sweden. After I reserved the apartment, she demanded €200 deposit through PayPal. I did that. When we got to the apartment, it was in none touristic neighborhood. The building was pretty old. I had to wait till 4 PM to get into the apartment. The apartment was on the fourth floor. It consisted of a narrow long hallway with a very tight bathroom, the next room was the kitchen it was full of old boxes of different types of foods and spices, etc. There was a rusty old small washer. The washer, the heater and fridge or disconnected from electricity. I’ll tell my story with the washer in few minutes. The next room was an extremely small room with three jammed bed in it, one was a bunk bed, and there was hardly a room to walk into the bunk bed. The next room was a small living room with old furniture and multiple folding chairs that were placed there and on the left of it there was a bedroom that was also tiny. The apartment was very old and rundown in a rundown neighborhood. The owner told me that the parking was under the building and that was a lie. There was a parking that required walking for several minutes and I had to wait a long time to find a spot. The lights in the apartment were very dim. We could hardly see. The apartment was dusty and not clean. The bedsheets or smelling, and have not been washed in a long time. The covers were only a thin sheet with no real covers. The mattresses on the beds were the worst type of sponge where I would sink and drown in the cheap sponge and had aches until today. There was an ugly odd smell in the entire apartment. There was only one air conditioner in the living room, and the rest of the apartment was hot. The only available air conditioner was only blowing hot air.

wonderful location and wonderful people. everyone is very kind and a truly Great host, whom where incredibly helpful!

there is nothing i didnt like.

Very close to the central beach and the center. Right at the foot of Santa Barbara Castle. The apartment was equipped with every thing needed. Good location for transportation to and out of city with public transport. A. big supermarket about 15mins max walk, just across the apartment a small shop, 5 mins away another shop and two cafes, 1 restaurant. Resposive, kind and helpful hosts who speak very good English. If I go again to Alicante, I will choose to stay at that place again. 😊

I expected the bathroom and the kitchen to be cleaner (not that they were dirty but didnt feel like using them before synsetiziing first). Not needed utensils to be removed, for example pot lids that there were but no pots for them. 😉
