The apartments are super clean and cozy. The owner is really helpful and friendly.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und bei allem behilflich. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt oder zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Besser geht nicht. Vielen Dank liebe Virginia.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Wir waren zu viert und haben alle genug Platz gehabt, keine musste im Wohnzimmer schlafen, das war sehr angenehm. In 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadtzentrum. Auch gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Es hat nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun, aber die Straßen in der Umgebung sind leider nicht sehr gepflegt, es riecht unangenehm und die Straßen sind oft verschmutzt (Hundekot).

Huoneisto oli mukavalla paikalla. Kaupat ja ravintolat olivat kävelymatkan päässä. Sijainti oli rauhallinen. Majoittaja oli jättänyt tarjolle pientä purtavaa sekä juotavaa huoneistoon. Majoittaja oli saatavilla apua tarvittaessa. Takuu maksu palautui seuraavana päivänä lähdöstä.

Naapurista kuului remontin äänet huoneistoon sisälle.

Great location, easy walk into old town, tram station and beach. Excellent host, great communication and met at property with keys. Modern apartment with everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Alicante,The location was perfect – close to the city center, the beach, and plenty of restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and we especially appreciated the little touches like [coffee, toiletries, welcome basket Our host was fantastic – very responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante

I strongly advise against booking this property. We paid a deposit, and there was no intention of returning it. A reason was conveniently found to withhold the money. On top of that, we found large American cockroaches in the apartment, which frightened our child. The location is decent and relatively close to the beach, but the overall experience was ruined by the attitude towards guests. Think twice before booking, and if you still decide to stay here — make sure you get a written receipt for your deposit. Otherwise, you’ll never see it again.
